Perfect Itinerary ("we", "us", "our") operates the website perfectitinerary.io (the "Site"). We respect your privacy and aim to be clear about the limited data we handle. We do not require accounts, and we do not sell personal information.
Like most online services, we collect information that web browsers and servers typically make available, including browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of access. We also collect information about how you use the Site — such as pages viewed, interactions (for example, outbound affiliate clicks), and basic device information (e.g., screen size). We may determine the approximate location of your device from your IP address.
If you contact us by email or via the contact form (which opens your own email client), we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to send.

We rely on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google Analytics and Google Fonts (Google), Stay22 (accommodation search/affiliate), and Google Maps (place links). These analytics and affiliate providers may set their own tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Site and across other websites. We may share information with vendors who help us understand and enhance the Site (such as analytics providers), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Some links — including hotel/accommodation links and embedded maps powered by Stay22 — are affiliate links. If you click them and make a booking, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and these outbound clicks may be recorded in our analytics. We generally discard information about you when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which we collected it. Web server logs are typically retained for a short period (around 30 days) to analyze traffic and investigate issues, and analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
While no online service is 100% secure, we work to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and we monitor the Site for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR/UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
