You represent and warrant that your use of the Site: will be in accordance with these Terms; will comply with all applicable laws and regulations; will not be for any unlawful purpose; and will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of Perfect Itinerary or any third party. You agree not to scrape the Site at scale or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Perfect Itinerary participates in affiliate programs, including Stay22. Some links — particularly hotel/accommodation links and embedded booking maps — are affiliate links, marked with rel="sponsored". If you click them and complete a booking or purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps keep our guides free. We surface places based on community recommendations and Google Maps data, independent of any affiliate relationship.
Our guides are built from community recommendations, ranked with AI, and enriched with Google Maps data, and are provided for general information only. Details such as opening hours, prices, availability, and ratings change frequently — always verify directly with the venue or provider before relying on them. We do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular trip.
These Terms do not transfer any of our or any third party's intellectual property to you, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property remains (as between us and you) solely with us or our licensors. Place names, images, and map data belong to their respective owners and are used here for informational and editorial purposes.
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, Stay22 and Google Maps). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Perfect Itinerary and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or reliable.
In no event will Perfect Itinerary, or its suppliers, partners, or licensors, be liable (including for any third-party products or services booked or purchased through links on the Site) under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) any amounts that exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US$50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfect Itinerary, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, claims, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. By continuing to use the Site after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Site is established, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. If any part of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part is severable and does not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
